Request for Proposals: Vacant Lot Available for Institutional Development

April 25, 2024 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

 

The City of Iqaluit is accepting proposals for a 99-year lease of the Lake Subdivision Institutional Lot across from building 4123 (Lot 1, Block 232, Plan 3591).

This land measures 4,230 m2 and is located in a developing area, suitable for public or institutional purposes, as per the City's zoning rules. Interested parties can submit their development plans until May 21, 2024.

Proposals will be evaluated based on their potential community benefits and alignment with the City's objectives. Please consider this opportunity to contribute to the growth of Iqaluit by submitting your detailed plans for this site.
