Emergency Services
The Department of Emergency and Protective Services is comprised of three sections that work together to provide for the
protection of life, property and the environment.
- Fire Department
- Ambulance
- Communications/Dispatch
The fire and ambulance sections, a combined service, operate out of one station. The department is composite in nature having both
career and volunteer members. Last year the department responded to approximately 1300 requests for assistance.
